Omasan Oribioye is a Staff Attorney in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Omasan worked as a law clerk for an immigration firm in Omaha, Nebraska. Her work focused on family- and humanitarian-based immigration matters, including asylum, temporary protected status, employment authorization, adjustment of status, naturalization, and U nonimmigrant status matters.

While attending law school at Creighton University, Omasan volunteered with the Women’s Center for Advancement, where she assisted women who were victims of stalking, domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. She also served as secretary of the Black Law Students Association and the International Law Students Association
