Experience

Paul is Of Counsel at the firm's Boston office. He serves as defense counsel for a range of complex litigation matters, including construction negligence matters, products liability, premises liability, real estate litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, commercial contract disputes, and professional liability.

Paul has worked on insurance defense matters since passing the bar in 2011. He has successfully represented clients before all trial and appellate courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as state administrative bodies. He has obtained favorable results for his clients through numerous mediations, arbitrations, and trials, and has authored and argued successful dispositive motions and appellate briefs.

In his spare time, Paul plays lead guitar in a Boston-area wedding band. A lifelong Bostonian, Paul is a fan of Boston sports and the great outdoors.
