Experience

Peter is an attorney in the firm’s Boston, Massachusetts office. He focuses his practice on appellate litigation and has successfully pursued and defended appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. Throughout his career, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation, from initial pre-trial evaluation through discovery, dispositive motion practice, mediation, trial, appeal, and post-appeal or post-judgment remedies. He has represented clients in a variety of subject areas including medical liability, products liability, construction defects, employer liability, contract disputes, and liquor liability.

Peter is a former Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Paul W. Grimm (ret.) of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and former Court Counsel to the Republic of Palau.
