Experience

Michael is Of Counsel based in the Washington, D.C. office. An experienced litigator, Michael’s practice includes a variety of matters including products liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation.  Michael also devotes a significant portion of his practice to counseling and representing insurers in coverage disputes.  He has defended claims ranging from premises liability matters to multi-million dollar class action claims.  

For each case, Michael particularly focuses on accurately evaluating the claim, effectively communicating with his clients, and meeting or exceeding client objectives.
