Experience

Scott is a defense litigation attorney in the firm’s Boston office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, construction defect and injury, premises liability, and product liability in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Scott practiced at a national insurance defense firm where he successfully represented a diverse cross section of clients in various complex civil litigation matters including insurance and tort defense, premises liability, product liability, construction litigation, and transportation industry matters. He participated in all stages of case handling from pre-suit investigations through trial preparation.
