Experience

Sean is a defense litigation attorney in the firm’s Boston office. He concentrates his practice in the areas of general liability, construction defect and injury, premises liability, and product liability in both state and federal courts. In addition, Sean has experience defending clients in the areas of medical malpractice, professional malpractice, employment disputes and discrimination claims, and breach of contract disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean practiced at a large regional defense firm in Massachusetts where he represented clients in various complex civil litigation matters including insurance and tort defense, premises liability, product liability, and construction litigation. Previous to that Sean practiced in Chicago where he specialized in defending clients in high exposure and complex civil matters. He worked with a group of trial attorneys that would often be called on to take over cases weeks before trial and obtained advantages outcomes for his clients.

Sean has litigated matters in some of the most plaintiff friendly jurisdictions across the country. He is experienced in all phases of cases, from pre-suit investigations through trial and appeals.
