Experience

Sheri is Of Counsel at the firm’s District of Columbia office. At the firm, she focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters. She has over 25 years of experience representing clients in all stages of commercial disputes including arbitration, litigation, and appeals. Her practice has included a wide variety of contract-based disputes, including but not limited to those relating to insurance contracts, commercial leases, property management agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and construction contracts, as well as disputes relating to business dissolution. Her experience also includes the litigation of professional and general liability matters, aviation matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and helping to set up small businesses.

Immediately prior to joining the firm, Sheri represented both small and large businesses in commercial matters and managed the business operations of her former law firm in the Seattle area.
