Experience

Sophie Fisher has practiced law in Washington, DC since her admission to the DC Bar in 2018, with a background spanning litigation support, telehealth regulatory policy, and nonprofit program management. She is currently an Associate at Kiernan Trebach, where she conducts quality control review on complex litigation and discovery matters. Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Sophie served as Director of Membership and Operations at the Center for Telehealth and eHealth Law, advising member organizations on digital healthcare regulatory issues.
