Role Objective:

Kiernan Trebach LLP is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist, to join our growing team in our Annapolis, MD office.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Front Desk Receptionist in our Annapolis, MD Office, the following duties would be expected of you:

  • Answering and Directing Calls
  • Greeting Visitors
  • Distributing Incoming Faxes
  • Managing Conference Room Reservations
  • Calendar Management
  • Other General Office Administration Functions

Role Requirements:

  • Processing of outgoing certified mail documents and subpoenas and support to the Legal Services team as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Proactive work style, taking initiative.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

Desired Experience, Education & Licensure:

  • 1+ years of Administrative Experience (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma/ GED
