Alex is a Partner based in the Parsippany and Manhattan offices with over 30 years of experience managing and handling complex insurance coverage actions and other complex civil litigation (including multi-party and class action litigation), including appeals, in numerous state and federal courts across the United States. Alex has successfully represented clients in both litigated and non-litigated matters including insurance contract disputes and other commercial matters, government contracts disputes, attorney malpractice and other professional errors and omissions claims, products liability claims, construction defect and general negligence claims.

Prior to joining the Firm’s practice, Alex served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia specializing in employment discrimination litigation.
