Experience

Andy is a Partner in the firm’s Long Island office.  He has over 25 years of experience litigating matters in the areas of general liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, transportation, products liability, civil rights and employment litigation and motor torts.  

Andy defends civil actions in New York state courts and in the state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.  He has briefed and argued appeals in the District of Columbia Court and Maryland appellate courts and U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia and the Fourth Circuit.  Andy is admitted to practice in New York, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
