Ashley Hobson-Garcia is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale, FL Office where she focuses her practice on bad faith/ insurance coverage litigation, construction litigation, professional malpractice, and class action defense.

Ashley was born in Florida and raised in Trinidad. She has since lived in Canada and England.

Prior to her admission to the bar, Ashley gained legal experience in a variety of paralegal roles. She has worked in both plaintiff and defense firms, as well as in-house in a major property insurer.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family.
