Experience

Brad is a Partner based in the Fort Lauderdale, FL and Garden City, NY offices. Brad handles general liability matters for several insurers on cases involving construction defect, negligent security, premises litigation and product liability. His NY practice also includes defending NY labor law cases.

He has litigated cases in both state and federal court. Brad works with the clients to ensure successful resolutions, though mediation and trial practice. His career spans over three decades that include trials and appellate argument.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad practiced in NY at staff counsel and defense firms after starting his career as a prosecutor in the Queens County District Attorneys’ Office in New York City.
