Damon is Of Counsel in the firm's Baltimore office. Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Damon practiced for more than 30 years in federal and state governments in both civil defense litigation and labor & employment law cases. He is an experienced trial attorney and counselor working on behalf of his clients. His excellent legal abilities translate not only to satisfied clients, but also to recognition by his peers.

Damon’s civil litigation practice includes advising clients and litigating in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, criminal law, workers’ compensation and general tort defense litigation. As such, Damon has experience in jury trials in both federal and state courts, administrative hearings before the EEOC and the MSPB, mediations and arbitration matters.
