Experience

Daniel is an Associate in the firm’s New York office, focusing his practice on civil defense litigation. Before joining the firm, Daniel worked as an Associate and Law Clerk for a boutique immigration law firm in Nassau County, New York.

Daniel was born and raised in Queens, New York. He attended The George Washington University Law School, where he served on the Federal Communications Law Journal, practiced as a Student Attorney with the Immigration Clinic, and was active with the Latin American Law Student Association. Daniel received the Hispanic Bar Association of DC Foundation Scholarship in his final year of law school for outstanding service to the local Latinx community.

Daniel is proud to be Ecuadorian-American. He grew up speaking fluent Spanish and is learning to be conversational in French. He is an avid New York Mets fan. Daniel enjoys watching sports, surfing at Rockaway Beach, and spending time with family and friends in his free time.
