Dan is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where he focuses his practice on the defense of individuals, corporate clients, and insurance companies in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, and professional malpractice. Dan has litigated cases in both state and federal court and has extensive experience conducting and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining the firm, Dan’s practice focused on the defense of individuals and corporations on matters including claims involving product liability, premises liability, contract disputes, and healthcare issues.

Dan received his B.A. in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. from Villanova University Law School. During law school, Dan served as the Managing Editor of Operations for the Villanova Law Review and represented several clients through the Villanova Clinic for Asylum, Refugee & Emigrant Services.
