Jessica is an associate attorney in the Washington, D.C. office. Before joining Kiernan and Trebach, Jessica was an associate at a small plaintiff-side civil litigation firm in Tysons, Virginia. While there, Jessica litigated breach of contract, landlord/tenant, and condo association disputes.

Jessica clerked for the Honorable Christie A. Leary in Fairfax County Circuit Court, 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia from 2022-2023. The clerkship provided Jessica with confidence in the courtroom based on an understanding of the judge’s role and authority.

Jessica graduated in the top 10% of her law school class. Jessica was Senior Articles Editor of the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal and President of the Pro Bono Society. As pro bono president, Jessica restarted George Mason Law School’s pro bono auction program and raised $19,000 for pro bono scholarships.
