Experience

Juan C. Perez is a Partner with Kiernan Trebach, LLP’s Philadelphia, PA office. Juan is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Juan has over thirty years of experience in the areas of professional liability, construction litigation, premises liability litigation, insurance defense litigation, business/corporate litigation, creditor’s rights litigation, and title insurance litigation. In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Juan has also served as General Counsel for a large regional title insurance agency.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Juan was a partner in a boutique litigation firm representing architects, engineers, and construction managers in construction related matters in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. Additionally, Juan has served as Chair of the District IV Ethics Committee (Camden/Gloucester Counties). He has also presented seminars for National Business Institute, Camden County Bar Association, and New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia/South Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), as well as a past member of the Board of Education for the Berlin Borough School District in Berlin Borough, NJ and on the Board of Trustees for the Brookfield Academy in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Outside of work Juan enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
