Justin is a Partner based in the Annapolis, Maryland office with over 15 years of experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts. Throughout his career Justin has counseled and represented clients in a variety of civil claims involving contracts, product liability, construction/design defect, premises liability, trucking/transportation liability, medical/pharmaceutical malpractice and mass torts.

Justin currently focuses his practice on the representation of companies in the retail, restaurant and hospitality industries. He regularly counsels clients on risk management, safety insurance and indemnity issues, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures to reduce or eliminate potential exposure.

The strategies implemented by Justin have enabled his clients to reduce their overall liability and then to litigate successful outcomes when necessary. Using this approach, Justin has achieved successful results for his clients in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
