Experience

Roy is a Partner based in the firm’s Boston office practicing in Massachusetts and Connecticut. He has over 15 years of experience representing businesses and professionals in matters of employment, professional liability, construction defects and accidents, environmental, product liability, transportation, and premises liability. Roy also focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has represented both small and large businesses in a variety of matters involving issues with commercial leases, zoning and municipal law, shareholder disputes, vendor contracts, and employment agreements.

Roy is an active member of his community having previously served on both the Conservation Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals, and regularly participating in Annual Town Meeting. He also enjoys spending time coaching youth soccer and lacrosse.
