Wendy Stein Fulton is an AV-Rated attorney and forensic accountant who manages the firm’s Florida office.

Her national practice of more than 23 years focuses on bad faith/insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, professional malpractice defense (including the defense of lawyers, medical professionals, medical device manufacturers, and construction professionals), and class action defense. She litigates in both trial court and appellate courts.

Wendy is a Florida native who avidly scuba dives and travels with her wife. Their two children are currently attending law school.
