Experience

Zabeen S. Rahman is an associate in Kiernan Trebach’s Long Island office.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Zabeen practiced consumer protection litigation, with a focus on violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and similar state laws. In addition to this, Zabeen handled plaintiff’s personal injury matters. She also has experience in no-fault litigation and arbitration proceedings on behalf of medical providers.

Zabeen received her B.A. in Political Science from Hunter College and J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. During law school, Zabeen gained diverse legal experience. Zabeen was a judicial intern in Queens County Civil Court in the civil and housing divisions. She worked under a student practice order for the Pace Family Court Legal Program. She also interned in a general practice firm and handled various civil matters, including commercial litigation and personal injury.

Outside of work, Zabeen enjoys spending time with family and friends.
